We have online payment and payment-on-delivery options available. Credit card machines are available upon request. For all bookings, a minimum of 30% of the total or AED 50, whichever is minimum, has to be paid online. Paying the total amount online will ensure 100% assured booking. For Airport pick up 100 % should be made.
You can cancel your booking by sending us an email or by calling us on our customer care number +971 55 980 3760. We will be sending you a confirmation mail to which you need to reply to confirm cancellation.
No, none of the drivers take credit cards. All payments must be made in Cash. But an exception can be made if you send a request one day prior to the journey.
Yes, we provide car seats for 1 month to 6 year olds (3 maximum) and it is absolutely free! But a request must be made 1 day prior to the journey.
This will depend on the seating capacity. We won't charge extra for luggage.
Our rates are based on a point to point transfer and your Chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If you would prefer the Chauffeur use a specific route or different address, our hourly rates and minimum will apply, plus applicable fees.

Availability changes daily and we suggest you place reservation as soon as you have firm travel dates and times. It will take at least 4 hours before a successful booking can be confirmed.
